The Qatar Gymnastics Federation hosted its very first Academy for Trampoline Gymnastics Level 1 in Doha in early December.
Although it was a first for Trampoline, it was also the 34th Academy overall, overlapping with an Artistic Gymnastics Academy in Peru (35th) and an Aerobics Academy in Mexico (36th).

At last the reigning world champion YE, Shuai from China grabbed the gold medal of the men's trampoline final decision at the last of three final days, together with artistic gymnastics.
The worlds bronze medallist Yashuhiro UEYAMA won the silver and the Russian Dmitri USHAKOV the bronze medal.

In a few days the Ukraine will celebrate the 70th anniversary of a worldwide well-known coach of Trampoline and Acrobatics: Volodymyr GORZHYY.
He has been coaching for 48 years! During this time, his personal athletes, his "children", as he says, won more than 200 medals (!!) in international competitions, and yesterday Olena MOVCHAN, one of his world famous fosterlings, won the pre-Olympic competition.
