From May 19th to 21st the 4th All Japan Youth Championnships 2006 of Rhythmic Gymnastics were held in Tokyo. A champion cup went to Mariko Takahashi from the Hikousen RG Club. Takahashi was one of the Japanese group member of the last world championships in Baku (AZE).
On second place came the last years winner Nanase Shoji from the club 'Yamagata RG' .
followed by the 3rd placed Chihiro Yamamoto from the international wellknown 'AEON Club'....

Next week 'No Limits Gymnastics' is celebrating the 6th editiion of the 'NLO' with the participation of 68 gymnasts (16 hopes, 32 juniors and 20 seniors) from 24 different countries coming from all over Europe and far beyond.
Thanks to the cooperation with the Antwerp International School and the active support of the city of Antwerp, but also by the longtime co-operation with the GYMmedia EventService this competition is growing every year....
On Saturday Ukraine's Natalia Godunko won the all-around competition of the 32nd anniversary of the traditional Tournament of Corbeil-Essonnes (France), in front of Russia's newcomer Marina Spekht and Anna Bessonova (UKR).
At the Sunday's finals the Ukraine Anna Bessonowa won three apparatuses - only Russia's Eugenia Kanaeva won the ball final!
In the years without world championships this event is one of the most important competition for the international top nations of rhythmic gymnastics...
The 4th International Groups & Individuals Tournament 'Baltic Rhythmic Gymnastics Cup 2006' is organized by Rhythmic Gymnastics Club 'SGA Gdynia and City Sport and Recreation Center in Rumia, Poland.
The tournament will takes place in Sports Hall City Sport and Recreation Center in Rumia (near Gdynia and Gdansk)....

The Executive Committee of the European Gymnastics Union (UEG) decided on it's meeting in Prague to withdraw the European Championships of Rhythmic Gymnastics 2006 from the Portuguese Gymnastics Federation and the town of Portimao and hands over to the Russian Gymnastics Federation....
