RG: Grand Prix Tournament in Thiais/FRA
In the second of the ten Grand Prix Tournaments of 2007 European champion Vera Sessina (Russia) won allround in Thiais (France), scoring a total of 70,852 points and was the best at the Sunday's hoop final.
The vice world champion Anna Bessonowa (Ukraine/ 70,439), who won the World Cup last weekend came second and won the ribbon final, and the allaround third placed Olympic champion Alina Kabajewa (Russia/69,877) won the rope and the clubs final.

Also after the second day (Saturday) of the "International Derjugina Cup", which is a FIG world cup event, the Ukrainian Anna BESSONOVA leads after the all-around qualification. The 18th "GYMNASTIK INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT 2007" was held at the German top center of rhythmic gymnastics in Schmiden near Stuttgart .
Surprisingly, the German champion Johanna Gabor won the all-around (62,814) against the Russian Karolina Tkalina (61,381) and also two finals (hoop and clubs).
Germany's Olympian Lisa Ingildeeva came in fourth place, was third with clubs but didn't get a nomination for the coming world cup next weekend in Kiev...
