APPEAL AND SUSPENSION REQUESTED
FIG press release:  - On April 21st, the FIG Presidential Commission made a decision concerning the case F.I.G. vs Irina Deriuguina (UKR)and decided to suspend Ms. Deriugina from her function as a member of the RG Technical Committee
and any other official function within the FIG immediately and until the end of the current cycle and from any future official function within the FIG until the end of the cycle 2013-2016.  ...

The FIG Head Office in Moutier (Switzerland) just informed about a sanction which had to be taken against Irina DERIUGINA (UKR), member of the FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics Technical Committee.
The Presidential Commission has unanimously decided to suspend her from her function as a member of the RG TC and any other official function within the FIG immediately ...

Russia’s outgoing President Vladmir PUTIN has decided to tie the knot with a famous rhythmic gymnast Alina KABAEVA, known for her extreme natural flexibility. The wedding is expected to take place in one of the famous wedding places in St. Petersburg on mid-June. Svetelina STOJANOVA (BUL) won the Junior All-around competition of the 2nd Rhythmic Gymnastics International at Fenton Manor Sport Complex in Stoke on Trent (Great Britain), 92,592 - followed by also the Bulgarian Gabriela ZROVA (92,158) and Belgium, Lieselotte DIELS (90,192).
