First Decisions 2021 of the EG Executive Committee

"EG-press release"--: On 29 January, the Executive Committee of "European Gymnastics" (EG) met online for their first meeting of 2021. Led by President Farid Gayibov (AZE), the debates have resulted in the following official decisions and information:
♦ Following the withdrawal of host Denmark, the postponed 2020 European Championships in TeamGym have been awarded to the city of Guimaraes (POR), to be held from 1 to 4 December 2021.
♦ The 2023 ECh and European Age Group Competitions in Acrobatic Gymnastics have been awarded to Varna (BUL).
♦ The 2024 ECh in Rhythmic Gymnastics have been awarded to Budapest (HUN).
♦ A call for hosts is open for the following European Gymnastics events:
→ the 2022 ECh in Trampoline, the 2023 ECh in Aerobic Gymnastics, the 2023 EC-Congress and the 2024 European Championships in Men’s & Women's Artistic Gymnastics,  Trampoline Gymnastics and TeamGym.
