2019 Worlds of Artistic Gymnastics & Olympic Qualifying

In 2019 Germany hosted the World Championships of Artistic Gymnastcs to the 5^th time in history and after Dortmund (1966, 1994) now Stuttgart is organizing these special highlight for the third time (1989, 2007 & 2019). From October 04 - 13 the 49^th MEN's Worlds and for the 40^th time the Women's World Championships, which will simultaneously be the qualifications for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
RUSSIAN men's team and Nikita NAGORNY won gold and also individual silver medal by the all-around titelholder an former World Champion Artur DALALOYAN. Bronze went to Oleg VERNIAIEV Oleg from the Ukraine - only then followed 3 of the otherwise so successful Asians ...!
*  Simone BILES (USA) won her 5th all-around gold in front of TANG Xijing (CHN) and Angelina MELNIKOVA from Russia. Biles is now the new WCh recordholder, winning altogether 17 world titels and altogether 25 WCh medals, three medals more, than the former leading Vitaly Scherbo on men's side.
