The German Turn-Club 72 Leverkusen invites to the 44th International Leverkusen Cup 2019 in the  olympic gymnastics disciplines on Sunday, October 27 (12 o'clock), in the Leverkusen Ostermann Arena. Two weeks after the 40th Worlds of Women's artistic gymnastics an international field of participants takes place again in the best tradition.
At the Olympic disciplines vaulting table, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercises, Teams from Germany (2 teams), England, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovenia, South Africa (2 teams) and Czech Republic will participate.
Further promises are still pending! England, Slovenia and South Africa travel with the respective national team.

44 Years History, Tradition und international Friendship

* The Leverkusen Cup is the oldest, international tournament in female artistic gymnastics in Germany for 43 years in an uninterrupted series.
So far 97 clubs from 42 nations of all five continents have been guests at the Leverkusen Cup's history.
* The mode:
- The Leverkusen Cup is a team competition with an integrated individual rating.
- Three artistic gymnasts form a team. The two best ratings per device count for the team rating.
- The all-around winners of the team classification receive the "Leverkusen Cup Challenge Cup".
- Each gymnast competes in a free-style four-man fight after the best individual gymnast of the competition becomes the individual winner of the Leverkusen Cup.
