♦♦ This analysis once again confirmed the excellent work of the vast majority of the judges on the road to Rio.
It also highlighted several apparent problems, leading the F.I.G. to initiate a total of 14 proceedings with the Disciplinary Commission over the past few months.
These proceedings resulted in eight penalties for flawed or unsatisfactory judgments:
- 5 judges received a warning
- 2 judges were excluded from all FIG activities for a period of three months
- 1 judge was excluded from all FIG activities for a period of four months
- the Disciplinary Commission rejected accusations for the 6 other cases
