Svetlana BOGINSKAYA is a prominent figure in the international artistic gymnastics!
A former native of Minsk and the three-time Olympic gold medalist and five-time World Champion for the Soviet Union, who ended at the 1990 European Championships in Athens with the total triumph, winning there all five titles!

As a member of the Soviet delegation of the so-called "Competitionsof friendship" - a former special event form of the former leading socialist countries. Shortly there after, little Svetlana won in Karlsruhe at the Junior European Championships her first titles and medals ...
