FIG recognized new Elements of men's artistic gymnastics

<< Steve BUTCHER (USA), the president of men's Technical Committee of the International Gymnastics Federation (F.I.G.) published in his last newsletter the following interpretations, text corrections, and decisions regarding the "Code of Points" for this cycle at the 201 4 World Championships and MTC meetings.
The information below is separated into three distinct sections.
The FIG MTC confirms the names for the following elements performed at the 201 4 World Championships, during other 2014 competitions, and retroactively named for the FIG Code of Points. Among of them the spectaculare high bar element, the "Kovacs sault with double twist", created by the German gymnast from KTV Chemnitz, Andreas BRETSCHNEIDER, is now the most difficult element od men's artistic gymnastics.
