GYMfamily-Event: Tabea Halle won I. BLUME International

Very original starting position with clubs

For the very first time the organizers of the 53rd GYM Festival BLUME Gran Canaria, which is firstly a popular general sports event actually, organized also an International Tournamentn RHYTHMIC LAS PALMAS of Rhythmic Gymnastics (groups). This competition preniere was won by the German Master group, the formation "SKC TaBeA" Halle. The girls were the best in all-around, but also with the two appaatus combinations, clubs and ball/ribbons. On second place came the French groups FSGT Aubagne (xlubs) and FSGT Allauch (3 balls/2 ribbons).
The organizers began an international tournament tradition and had to premiere the respective groups invited in person at their national championships. This took a total of five formations, and in addition two junior groups of the Canary Islands, where the Rhythmic Gymnastics is operated in many centers at a high level. No wonder, come from mainland Spain, the current world champion group (ball / bands) the last World Cup in Kiev.

The coach of the German "Sports-& Culture Club" from Halle (Saxonia-Anhalt), Claudia Marx said:
"Quite surprisingly, we received this invitation to the BLUME Festival after winning the  German Championships, this May 2013 in Mannheim, in the days of "International German Turnfest".  For once we could also dispute an international competitionwere with our team athletes. We started with full difficulty value (10.0) in this competition, had intensively prepared on these performances, and ultimately it was worth it., I am very satisfied with my girls!
I'm completely surprised by the young talent of the Spaniards, the talents present with what intensity and enthusiasm even here on the carpet. it was like an intense training for us and a lot of suggestions we take home! An extremely pleasant atmosphere prevailed here, and not just because of the beautiful sun: are overwhelming warmth of the Spanish hosts and the whole atmosphere at the festival!"

Invited to this the competition premiere in 2013 were three groups from France, two from Spain and the current German Master Group "TaBeA" from Halle, as well as two local junior formations from the Canary Islands.
"We see the whole thing firtlye as a valuable addition to our general gymnastics festival contents," Blume-chief Jesus Telo said, "and primarily we are concerned with the unity of the big European and worldwide GYMfamily, because although grassroots and elite sports put different emphases, we belong together. I see it as a great strength that one needs to develop in terms of synergies still a lot more!"
