Ariella Kaeslin cleverly secures the Gander-Memorial win...

The Swiss Nr.1 gymnast Ariella Kaeslin also made her mark at home after her world championship silver in London .
The 22 year old from Luzern won three days before the  SWISS CUP 2009 on Wednesday the 26th Artur Gander- Memorial 2009 in Morges.
At this invitation-competition, which somewhat counts as the Swiss-Cup overture, she won with 42,4 points infront of the Romanian Diana Chelaru (41,95) and the Russian Ksenia Semenowa (40,45). However the Olympics finalist refused the highest difficulty level on the vault table and in a clever way secured the all-around win ( 3 of 4 apparati of chooice, excluding floor). The favorite Semenowa previously fell out with a fall on the uneven bars.
In the Mens competition, the current floor and vault world champion Marian Dragulescu was the achiever.
