F.I.G. awarded Honored Vice Presidents

* fig --: In recognition of their exemplary work and contribution, the F.I.G. General Assembly paid tribute to four of its members and awarded them the Honorary Vice President’s distinction at the Congress in Helsinki (FIN) on October 19, 2008.
The audience gave standing ovations
 to the long-time presidents of their Technical Committees and now  deeply stirred

Egle Abruzzini (ITA), rhythmic  and Nicolae Vieru (ROU), artistic,
John Atkinson (GBR) aerobic and Patricia Wade (GBR) acrobatic gymnastics.
