VERA SESSINA elected to athletes’ commission

--- Following a vote held parallel to the Olympic Games in Beijing on August 24, 2008, Ms Vera Sessina (RUS) was elected to the FIG Athletes’ Commission, where she will represent Rhythmic Gymnastics.

At the 2007 World Championships in Patras (GRE), Vera Sessina placed second in the All-Around competition, winning the Rope, Ribbon and Team competitions.
