<< Kana YOKOYAMA from the "NPO Gifu Rhythmic Gymnastics Club" became the most successful Japanese junior gymnast this year.
Two weeks before she ranked third at the international AEON CUP 2007 and now she won the individual all-around at the "25th All Japan Juniors Championships" which were held last weekend.
Kana YOKOYAMA was also member of the group of "NPO Gifu RG Club", who won the gold medal too and is one of the Japanese leading clubs for rhythmic gymnastics in a strong concurrence to the AEON Club ...

After her success Kana YOKOYAMA said: " This was the last chance for me, because I will change into the elite category, next year. So I'm so glad tfor this result! Yes... the AEON CUP was also a big surprise for me. But now I start to prepare for next year. I need to progress myself, ,so I believe I have to intensify my personal training much more."
Next month will be held the "All Japan Championships 2007" of Rhythmic Gymnastics in Tokyo and Kana Yokoyama will participate, there in concurrence to the other Japanese senior gymnasts...!
The second placed Ruka YAMAGUCHI from "AEON Club" must be a new hope in Japan, a stylish gymnast and her exercise was good flexibility...
So the AEON club but also the "NPO Gifu RG Club are very important rivals for a interesting development of rhythmic gymnastice here in Japan.
