Anastasia Guseva's results were invalidated and her medal revoked, in keeping with the procedures and regulations of the International School Sport Federation (ISF).

On November 7 of that same year, the Russian Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics ruled to impose a one-year suspension that would exclude her from participating in the 2007 worlds in Patras (GRE), which are qualifying for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing (CHN).
The FIG has taken note of these decisions, in accordance with its own rules and in support of the fight against doping.
