Star Orbit - name of a spectacular show with a lot of Stars
More than 3,500 people enjoyed the gymnastics show "Star Orbit" that took place in Sofia's National Palace of Culture on Sunday.
The host of the event was Bulgaria's best gymnast Jordan Jovtchev, who raised the audience to their feet with his parallel bars performance. Jovtchev showed an extremely interesting combination of standing exercises. The world champion Vanessa Ferrari's beam performance has also been tumultuously welcomed by the spectators in the hall.

.... 2005 world champion Marian Dragulescu from Romania and Bulgaria's Simona Peicheva were among the gym stars of the show.
The special guest of the performance was the President Georgi Parvanov, who awarded Jordan Jovtchev the honorary head-of-state sign for his exceptional achievements in sports gymnastics earlier in the day.
The gala-show “Star Orbit” hit the spot in hall №1 of the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, Bulgaria, as the Bulgarian medias informs.
The idea for the show belongs to the four-time world champion in gymnastics – Jordan Jovtchev, who invited some of the greatest names in world gymnastics.
Such prominent figures as Alexei Nemov (RUS), Yuri Checci, (ITA), Marian Dragulescu (ROU) , Ivan Ivanov (BUL), Dmitri Karbanenko (FRA) took part in the show.
The world champion for 2006, Vanessa Ferrari (ITA), whose mother is Bulgarian, also took part in the gala-show.
The unprecedented for Bulgaria show took place
- on the occasion of the accession of Bulgaria to the European Union,
- 125th anniversary International Gymnastics Federation and the
- 34th birthday of the Bulgarian champion, Jordan Jovtchev.
A special guest of the show was the great Bulgarian singer Lili Ivanova, who used to be a gymnast as well. Representatives of all types of gymnastics participated in the show.
