Irina Karavaeva wins two of the six Russian gold medals

The Trampoline European Championships 2006 in Metz/ France from May 22nd – 27th ended today with the individual finals of the different individuals disciplines.
The trampoline men's team from Germany defended the team title on Friday, in the women’s field the victory went to Ukraine.
Great Britain won both tumbliing titles and a third gold in today's tumbling individual finals. This brought them to an overall 2nd rank in the medal ranking behind the top nation Russia which won 13 medals, 6 of them gold.
The closing final day was a "Day of the Trampolin Stars" with very exciting decisions...

First senior's medals were handed over after the team finals on Friday evening.
Great Britain's Tumbling teams (photo, right) were the most successful ones.
On Wednesday ended the events of the juniors during which Russia won seven gold medals.
