Irina Chaschina has won a lot of international titles, but never she won a big all-around gold medal:
She started in 1999 with her debut at the World Championships in Osaka (JPN).
At last she won the all-around silver at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, and got the all-around bronze at the World Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan last year.
So she has been one of the most popular rhythmic gymnasts and has already found success as a model, and also published a book last fall, 'Be Yourself,' a woman's guide to success and beauty.
In the near future Irina Chachina can only be seen in exhibitions, the next of which will take place in Japan this month!
