For 26th Women's artistic gymnastics European Championships 35 countries announced their participation April 27-30 2006 in Volos (GRE).

For the Men’s European Championships, ...
....which will take place May 4-7 in Volos (GRE), 39 countries have sent their provisional entries and will compete with 31 complete senior and junior teams. 8 federations have entered individual gymnasts in the senior category and 5 in the junior category.
