FISAF: European Championships Aerobic and Fitness

From 11th to 14th November take place in the 'Top-class sports hall' in Rotterdam (Netherlands) the European Championships in Sports-Aerobics and Fitness. Also for cadets teh 'Open Cadet-Cup'. This event is conducted by the Dutch Championship Aerobic Federation in conjunction with the FISAF (Federation of International Sports Aerobics and Fitness).
More than 1100 participant (cadets, juniors and seniors) from 13 countries will come to win medal in four categories (Women, Men, Groups, Teams). It´s nessesary to pass all stages from prejudging, preliminary, semi-final up to the final.

For the first timein history the Netherlands is the host country of the European Aerobic Championship (EAC). The Aerobic-Athletes come for example from France, Hungary, Germany, Belgium, Danmark, Italy, Spain, Russia, Ukraine and Finnland. The championship of the EAC will be held in “Topsportcentre Stad Rotterdam Verzekeringen” which is a high quality and multifunctional sportcenter.
