Grigori Misiutin as international judge

Grigori Misiutin (UKR), Olympic Champion from 1992 and recently head coach of the Ukrainian junior team which won the bronze medal at the European Championships in Ljubljana this year, wants to move to Saarland/ Germany.
The main reason for this is that his wife Yevgenia recently has obtained German citizenship. Her parents have been living in the city Saarbrücken for a couple of years already....
Misiutin: A star of the 90ies
Misiutin (34) was a member of the Soviet national team for a couple of years. He was all-around World Champion in 1991 and won one gold- and four silver medals at the Olympic Games in 1992. His international career ended in 1996 after he had won another bronze medal with the Ukrainian team at the Olympic Games in Atlanta. Since then Misiutin has worked as a coach.
The club 'TG Saar' and the local gymnastics federation of the area Saarland would like to keep the successful coach and according negotiations will start soon.

1991: all-around World Champion in Indianapolis (in front of Vitali Cherbo and Valeri Liukin);
1992: Team Olympic Champion with the last USSR team in history; all-around silver medal behind Cherbo and in front of Belenki; silver medals on floor, vault and high bar;
1992: DTB-Cup: 3rd ranks floor and high bar, overall 5 spots in finals;
WCh's in Paris: World Champion on high bar, 3rd on rings;
1993: WCh's Birmingham: World Champion on floor, 8th rank in the all-around;
1994: WCh's Brisbane, 4th on floor, 8th on vault;
1995: WCh's Sabae, 5th with the team, 3rd on floor;
1996: WCh's San Juan, 3rd on floor
1996: Olympic Games, Atlanta, 3rd with the team.
