Exciting Competition at the Pupils Championships

On the second day of the Juniors Championships of Southern Germany, the actives, 12 to 14 years of age, searched for their champions. 34 girls took part in class L8, whereas place 1 to 13 enables to join the German Championships.
The best start had Leonie Neff and Victoria Henninghausen (both from TSV Marburg-Ockershausen). They scored 5.70 points in her obligatory exercises in spiral and gained the lead. Also their obligatory exercises in straight-line were the same, 6.65 points, so they stood ahead before the freestyle exercise.
Just 0.1 point behind, Natalie Mueller (1. FC Sachsen) came in third. The best freestyle exercises where shown by two girls from Taunusstein: Luisa Prokupek and Fabienne Gläsener got 7.90 points both and ranked on position 3 and 4. Victoria Henninghausen did her freestyle exercise nearly without faults, 7.70 points where adequate to win the title. Natalie Müller finished second, only 0.2 points behind. Leonie Neff wasn’t so happy with her performance and she fell back to place 5.
