1st May 2004: A historical day for Europe!


WELCOME to EUROPE!

'GYMfamily' established in Amsterdam
On the day of the accession of 10 new EC-members (1st of May) 'GYMfamily' ; a new virtual 'GYM COMMUNITY' has been set up in Amsterdam.
On the initiative of the European online-agency GYMmedia INTERNATIONAL and with the support from the Dutch gymnastic equipment producer Janssen - Fritsen a modern platform of more efficient communication has to be realised.
On this for Europe such an important historical day, the first GYMfamily members were symbolically the national gymnastic federations of the 10 new EC-countries as well as the three most successful countries at the 25th European Championships Romania, Russia and Ukraine....

EU-Accesssion and 'GYMfamily
In the nice showroom of the 'Official supplier of the 25th European Championships' Janssen-Fritsen, J&F-director Jacques Janssen, UEG President Dimitrios Dimitropoulos and GYMmedia-Chef Eckhard Herholz welcomed the representatives of the national gymnastic federations of the new EC-members on the day of the accession to the European Community at the RAI congress centre in Amsterdam. They presented not only a gift, but also an invitation to a new form of cooperation in the era of communication...
