Most successful: USA and China and the Asian gymnastics

To the first time in history the women's finals of the 28th World Championships in Anaheim (USA) finished today without any title on the apparatuses for European women's gymnastics .
The Chinese FAN, Ye won the gold medal on beam and Daniele dos Santos on floor got the very first gold ever for Brasilia.
Double winner in men's competition was the Chinese LI, Xiao-Peng on vault and parallel bars, and HUANG, Xu won silver on bars.
Also the Japanese Takehiro Kashima wo her second gold after pommel horse yesterday, on high bar now.

Seven of the gol medals of these champs were won by Asian gymnasts.

MEN's PARALLEL BARS:
Li Xiaopeng wins the parallel bars title, the third straight gold of the night for China. His teammate Huang Xu ties for the silver with Russia's Alexei Nemov, who wins his first world medal since 1999.

Daiane dos Santos wins the gold medal on the floor exercise, the first ever gold medal for a Brazilian gymnast in world championship history! The crowd was really behind dos Santos from her first high tumbling pass on.
