Last Trampoline World Cup of the Circuit 2008/9

Huang Shanshan gewann für China

The fifth and last Trampoline event of the 2008/09 F.I.G. circuit took place at the hometown of the German Olympian Henrik Stehlik, in Salzgitter, but the Olympic Bronze medallist (2004, Athens) missed this competition because professional reasons.
The strongChinese, HUANG Shanshan (photo, left) and DONG Dong and won in the men's and women's trampoline finals.

Masaki ITO (JPN) and Elena MOVCHAN (UKR) were the winners of the World Cup Series in individual trampoline at the end of this FIG serie.

Masaki Ito / Shunsuke Nagasaki (JPN) and on women's side Ekaterina Khilko / Anna Savkina (UZB) won the synchronized trampoline events of the Salzgitter World Cup.
By qualifying to the final, Ito-Nagasaki won the 2009 World Cup Series in men's synchronized trampoline.

Kalon Ludvigson (USA) and Anna Korobeynikova (RUS) triumphed in tumbling. Korobeynikova clinched the victory in the World Cup Series. Pictures by Bo Tureby and Justen Millerbernd added.

Altogether 160 athletes, representing 26 different countries started at the Friday's preliminaries.
Specially the Chinese gymnasts demonstrated a top level, like HUANG Shanshan and DONG Dong.
