To the 9th time already the German club TSV Berkheim will organize the INTERNATIONAL SPIETH CUP 2014 in the "Spieth-City" of Esslingen, nearby Stuttgart, hometown of the worldwide wellknown top-label of gymnastics apparatus.

Brazilian Gymnast Lais Souza fighting for life after ski accident

The former Brazilian top artistic gymnast, two-times Olympian (2004, 2008) and world cup winner Lais SOUZA, who was due to compete in the freestyle skiing competition at the Sochi Olympics is fighting now for her life after hitting a tree during a recreational skiing session in Utah. Lais Souza (25), is unable to move her arms or legs and can't breathe on her own following the accident which occurred on Monday.

Cameron MacKenzie chases Rio 2016 spot with South Africa switch

British gymnast Cameron MacKenzie has chosen to represent South Africa in a bid to qualify for Rio 2016. The 20-year-old was born in the Eastern Cape province, but his family moved to England when he was nine. He had trained with Olympic silver medallist Louis Smith at Huntingdon Gym, but believes returning home will improve his Olympic prospects.

Cirque du Soleil: Audition 2014 in Paris

Cirque du Soleil is seeking new talents for its current shows and upcoming creations.

The Casting team will be hosting auditions in Paris, France, in January of 2014 for athletes in the following disciplines:
⇒ Acrobatic and artistic gymnastics;
⇒ Trampoline; Tumbling;
⇒ ...other sports.

Louis Smith returns: 'I have unfinished business'
