Winner of the elite's all-around competiition of the 2nd Pre OLYMPIC YOUTH CUP 2009 in Bergisch Gladbach (Germany) was the 16-years old Elisabeth SEITZ (LZ Mannheim).

On the weekend of 22/23 May the Rheinischer Turnerbund (GER) will be continuing the tradition it began last year of holding a high-level international competition for female junior gymnasts.
