US-gymnastics ---:The 2009 worlds all-around silver medallist  Rebecca Bross (60,550) (USA) and Maxim Devyatovsky of Russia won the women’s and men’s all-around titles, respectively, at the 2010 Tyson American Cup, the United States most prestigious invitational, at the DCU Center in Worcester, Mass. The Chinese gymnast DONG Fanxiao should not have been allowed to participate in the Olympic Summergames in Sydney in 2000, because she was too young, established the World Gymnastics Federation FIG.
