Baku 2015 European Games hosts final NOC Open Day session

Representatives from 22 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of Europe gathered in Baku this week to take part in the third, and final, NOC Open Day ahead of this summer’s inaugural European Games. The three-day programme saw 59 delegates from around Europe receive updates on the latest Games preparations, with presentations and workshops delivered by several Baku 2015 directorates including Medical and Anti-doping, Transport, and Accommodation.

21st Houston National Invitational with Oxana Chusovitina and other Top Stars

Ellie Black shines at Elite Canada

Taking a breather after  busy fall, two-time Canadian gymnastics champion Ellie BLACK of Halifax made the most of the one event she entered this year at Elite Canada, easily winning the gold in the women’s beam final on Sunday, February 01.

Ellie Black, who ranked 7th on balance beam at the 2014 world championships in Nanning, finished well ahead of the seven other Elite Canada finalists with a score of 14.950 points.

Birgit Michailoff-Radochla celebrates her 70th Birthday
