The '6. Trofeo Internazionale Citta di Lugano' of artistic gymnastics was held in Switzerland last weekend. Winner of the men's team competition was 'Switzerland I', followed by 'Switzerland II' and the Netherlands. Best in all-around was Roman GISI from NKL Liestal (SUI), followed by three of his teammates.
A Netherland's junior team won in the women's team category, followed by France and Belgium, and Loes LINDERS (NED) was the best female gymnast in all-around...

72 Gymnasts (!!) competed in the all around competition of the Japanese 'Worlds Secondary Trials 2005', which were held at Tokyo's Yoyogi Stadium .
Hiroyuki Tomita won the overall competition on first but also on second day. His best events were rings and horizontal bar. His rings have added a slow back roll to maltese cross from a beautiful planche.
This year the 2005 Universiade will be held in Izmir, Turkey.
