The French National Junior Team was the winner of the 10th INTERNATIONAL JUNIOR TEAM CUP 2005 (former OBI-Team-Cup) in the German capital Berlin.
With a score of 153.200 they reached the victory with 6 tenth in front of team BERLIN I which was followed by a strong Greek team from Athens on rank 3 (152.250).
The best all-arounder in the age-group 17/18 (year of birth 87/88) was Hamilton Sabot (52.100) from France, followed by the German champion...

2005, on April 8 - 10, will held the Queensland Men's and Women's Artistic Championships, as well as the International Challenge where the Australian Men's Artistic Team, consisting of Joshua Jefferies, Thomas Pilcher, Sam Simpson and Damian Istria, will battle Great Britain.

In Metz past weekend were held the French National Championships of artistic Gymnastics:
Olympians Marine Debauve and Yann Cucherat won the senior women's and men's all-around titles.
Debauve, who finished seventh all-around at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, scored 35.15 to place first.
Cucherat, who placed 16th all-around at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, took the men’s title (52.35) over Damien Millot (51.55).....

usa-gymnastics: --- Steve Penny has been named President/CEO of USA Gymnastics in a vote by the USA Gymnastics Board of Directors. Penny, who joined USA Gymnastics as Sr. Vice President in 1999, begins his new role this week, replacing Bob Colarossi, who resigned earlier this year.
In his role as Senior Vice President, Penny oversaw all marketing, event operations and communications for USA Gymnastics. His responsibilities included the management of the 2003 World Championships, USA Gymnastics' partnership...
