Featuring 42 participating countries, the '28th International Tournament of Masters' in Cottbus – with the status of a World Cup tournament in the Olympic year – is heading towards a new record participation in its 31-year history (to date - 38 nations).

Gervasio Deferr: Gymnast tested positive for cannabis


PROCEDURES STILL UNDER WAY...
Yesterday the International Gymnastics Federation pronounced in a press release, that the Royal Spanish Gymnastics Federation appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the CAS in Lausanne in the matter of Olympic Champion Gervasio Deferr, who tested positive for cannabis in the autumn 2002.
The Spanish Federation officially informed the FIG by mail on January 19.....

After their return from a Winter Camp in Austria, the Women’s Artistic British Senior National Squad are spending a week of training at the National Sports Centre in Lilleshall.

John Atkinson honoured!

John Atkinson was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Loughborough University for both outstanding services to the University and British Sport.
