With an international match victory in historical dimension the German women's national team of artistic gymnastics won for the very first time about the top gymnastics nation Romania: With 220.00 points, the gymnastics team Germany began after a closed team performance with just one point ahead of Romania by (219.050).

f i g --: The International Gymnastics Federation (F.I.G.) has opened disciplinary proceedings against the American apparatus manufacturer, AAI (American Athletic, Inc.) based in Jefferson, Iowa, for selling unapproved gymnastic mats.
The violation surfaced at the recent gymnastic events at the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing (CHN).

The International Gymnastics Federation (F.I.G.) very much regrets to inform that the Organizing Committee of of Artistic Gymnastics Tournament tournament "Stella Zakharova Cup 2014" and the Ukrainian Federation have cancelled this international tournament, which would have taken place September 10 - 15, because of very difficult situation in Ukraine.
