Great Honor for Canadian Gymnast Kyle Shewfelt

Kyle SHEWFELT (CAN) is among a stellar group of golden athletes announced as 2014 Canada's Olympic Hall of Fame Inductees.
The three-time Olympian, Kyle Shewfelt made a historic breakthrough at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens when he won gold on floor exercise for Canada’s first ever Olympic medal in artistic gymnastics. Chinese Shang Chunsong with a new element on floor

The Chinese gymnast SHANG, Chunsong  is rumored to have a quad twisting layout included in her floor routine. A few days ago, a video emerged on Youtube of Shang performing a 3 1/2 twisting layout on floor.
If Shang successfully competed this quad twist at the next World Championships, the skill will bear her name in the Code of Points.

5th AUSTRIAN TEAM OPEN 2014: Favorites at the Top!

Poland women's national team and Hungarian men's team won in Linz (AUT): About 200 athletes from 16 different countries - previous record (!) - took part at 5th anniversary of the "Austrian TGW Team Open 2014" last weekend - a permanent growing annual international gymnastics -meeting.
