Germans won Leverkusen Cup

Double Winner Germany
A German squad - gymnasts from the club TV Hoffnungsthal - was the winner of the traditional 'Leverkusen Cup 2003' for women artistic gymnastics teams. On second place came the team TV Victory Alkmaar from the Netherlands and on third ranked 'TuS Chemnitz-Altendorf (GER).

Also the best gymnast in individual all-around came from the host: The German champion Yvonne Musik. The two Dutch gymnasts Shalina Groenveld und Stephanie Tymes (both TV Victory Alkmaar) came...

Dutch Star Renske Endel retired

The Royal Dutch Gymnastics Federation KNGU pronounced, that the vice-world champion on uneven bars (WCh Gent 2001) and European silver medallist 2002 (ECh Patras, team and bars) Renske Endel retired from the active top sport of artistic gymnastics.
Endel said that she '...don't have no more motivation and power enough to give all for the training on top place in her live.'
