Japan's national junior selection (U 18) won the team rating of the 3rd International Junior Team Cup in Houston / Texas with a score of  244.90 points ahead of Great Britain (241.550) and the host USA (234.650). A total of seven teams were involved (- up to 17 years). After ranking 5th in the previous year, Germany's juniors came on fourth (231,400), ahead of Canada (227,050), France (224,950) and Australia (221,700).
