The last international test before the Aerobics World Championships (2nd to 4th June, Japan) won at weekend in the FIG World Series in Clermont Ferrand in France Ivan Parejo from Spain!

He won surprisingly this tournament (with the traditional French Aerobic Open) before the world rankings first Vito Iaia (ITA) and Jingping Ao (CHN). Title applicant and local matador Gregory Alcan landed only on rank 4.

In Women the brazilian Marcela Lopez sovereign on the first place....

The French Gymnastics Federation invites to the 11th 'French Aerobic OPEN' including a Aerobic World Series in Clermont Ferrand (France) from 5th to 7th May.

These traditional Aerobic tournament with more than 1000 participants only from france expected also a large public notice out of Europe and some participants out of Overseas.

After the successful 1st International Aerobic Club Meeting in Eisenberg (Germany) in February with more than 80 Aerobic-Athletes out of France, Belgium, England and Germany - the british Heathrow Aerobic Gymnastics Club invites to the 2nd Aerobic Club Meeting near London for all FIG categories in Aerobic Gymnastics on 17th September 2006. The Competition venue is the 'Bracknell Sports and Leisure Center' in Bracknell, Berkshire.

The 9th FIG World Aerobic Gymnastics Championships will be held in Nanjing (East China) host by the Chinese Gymnastics Association (CGA).
The worlds will run from June 1-3 in 2006 and set up five events, including individual men, individual women, mixed pairs, trios and groups.

In a superior manner and the most successful club of the 1st INTERNATIONAL CLUB MEETING 2006' in Eisenberg/Thuringia, Germany was the British 'Heathrow Aerobic Gymnastics'. The British gymnasts won three gold medals, one of them, the British Champion Katie Cannon.
