D'Amato and Kovtun won in Chiasso

The 39th tournament for the Arthur Gander Cup in Chiasso, Switzerland, was won on 23 November by Alice D'AMATO from Italy ahead of Lena Bickel from Switzerland and Morgane Osyssek-Reimer from France.
In the men's competition (only 4 apparatus), Ilya KOVTUN from Ukraine won ahead of Yul MOLDAUER (USA) and Lorenzo Minh Casali from Italy.

German youth gymnast Jukka Nissinen in inpatient rehabilitation after training accident

The German youth gymnast Jukka NISSINEN (Eintracht Frankfurt) suffered a serious accident in a training accident at the Frankfurt performance centre at the beginning of September.
