The 12th International TOP GYM 2009 took place at the city of Charleroi in Belgium, last Saturday, November 28. Winner of the artistic gymnastics female junior all-around event was the  U.S. junior champion and this year's winner of the Tyson American Cup,  Jordyn Wieber.
