At the 11th European Olympic Youth Festival in Trabzon, Turkey,  the Russian boy's and the Italian girl's team won the team competition.

The young Russians successfully defended their team title in front of the Brits and the Swiss team.

On girl's side Italian trio won gold in front of Romania and the German team, while titleholder Russia came on fourth place only, without their best Grishina and Sidorova.

Between the 24th and the 29th of July, the Yomra Gymnastics Hall in Trabzon, Turkey, will host the 11th edition of the 2011 European Youth Olympic Festival.

More than 170 gymnasts of 38 European different countries will have a chance to experience their first competition under the Olympic spirit.
