After the F.I.G. Challenge Cups in the pre-Olympic year 2015, beginning with Cottbus and followed by the events in Doha (QAT), Ljubljana (SLO), Sao Paulo (BRA), Varna (BUL) and Anadia (POR) no the "Grand Prix Osijek 2015", in Croatia is the seventh and last in the line of the circuit this year.

Traditional and every year the Russian Gymnastics Federation organizes in spring the Russian nationals for individual apparatus, but the all-around competition is the main content of the 2015 RUSSIAN CUP which takes place this year in Pensa, from September 14 - 20.
Dariya SPIRIDONOVA from Moscow won the all-around with 57.100 points, with the highest score on uneven bars (15.400), followed by her teammate Seda TUTKHALYAN, scoring 56,733 and Maria KHARENKOVA (Rostov /Don) with 56,466 points.

The 2019 artistic gymnastics world championships have been awarded to the German city of Stuttgart, which will host the tournament for the third time from October 4-13. International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) President Bruno Grandi said "after the success of the 2007 edition, Stuttgart was an obvious choice. It is a city with high-quality infrastructures and has proven extremely capable of putting on first-rate sports events."
