Some day before the Worlds in Rotterdam the last world cup was held in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
It was a meeting of gymnasts from the second line of European countries.

Anniversary and last national Worlds Trials
This weekend will held the 70th Women's and the 77th Men's German Championships of Artistic Gymnastics. The venue is the Max-Schmeling-Hall, also the location of the 2011 33rd European Championships in April .

To the first time in German gymnastics history the host will use a podium, so this national event will also be a special logistic test before the highlight next year.

The British Gymnastics Federation announced it's men's and women's team for the 42nd WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS of ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS, which will held from 16 - 24 October in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Heading the Teams will be World Floor Champion and European Floor and Uneven Bars Champion Beth Tweddle.
Alongside Beijing Olympic Pommel Horse Bronze medallist and European Pommel Silver medallist Louis Smith.
