Dan was one of the trailblazers, paving the way for the incredible success of our men's programme. From December 18 to 22, the leading Russion club "Dynamo Moscow" hosted nearly 200 athletes from 24 countries at the traditional "Michail VORONIN CUP 2016", in memoriam of the Olympic champion and former world champion Mikhail VORONIN, who died in 2004 at the age of 59 years only ...!
Almost all victories in this year's competition in individual all-around and the teams went to the Russian hosts. Artur DALALOYAN (RUS) won the all-around  men's elite category...

Traditionally at the end of the year, the Japanese Gymnastics Association invites to the Toyota Cup. In Toyota City, near to the Japanese capital Tokyo, the hosts won two of three finals on the first day of the men's side:
Kenzo SHIRAI on the floor with the sensational D-score 7.7 (!) and Yuya KAMOTA on the still  rings. The victory at the pommel horse went to the specialist from Hungary, to the Olympic Champion (2012)...
